I am a garden punk.

Where has the love of gardening gone? What's going to happen when the next generations can't tell which end of a shovel to use? I'm concerned about the state of our world in general, with part of my worrisome manifesto landing squarely upon lack of passion for gardening.

I'm creating this blog (and perhaps website someday) to be an inspiration for those like myself - gardeners in general who feel the need to pass our passion along. Young, old, black, white, purple. I hope to meet many interesting people along this road I'm traveling.

And so, it begins.
