A new contributor on GardenPunks.com?

Chris read The Omnivore's Dilemma and we talked a lot about the book tonight, including a lot about the food in our life. He brought up a piece of info that I haven't shared, nor would I. I dunno why exactly, but I told him there are certain pieces of information I don't write about, usually because they don't fit what I like to talk about, or I'm not comfortable airing my "dirty laundry" here all the time. (A girl has to have some mystery about her!).

As we were laying in bed and talking tonight he mentioned that he might want to write a post for GardenPunks relating to that piece of info I haven't shared. So perhaps Chris will join this little club. He has blogged passively through me before, but never on his own. So I was a little excited about the prospect of him joining me in my blogging passion.

A little later when it was quiet and we were done talking but having trouble falling asleep (hence, why I am sitting here now),

I asked him, "What are you thinking about?"

He said, "What I want to write in the post on GardenPunks."

Ah yes. We all know the feeling of mentally dictating a post when we can't sleep. Guess that makes him almost official now.
