So we met him yesterday, seems like a cool guy. He apologized for all of the noise on Friday night (we were more concerned with all the big trucks), said he just had a few friends over to see the place.
Perhaps, this will not be so bad....

Good luck with the new neighbors. I'm dealing with some pretty awesome neighbors myself.
Hopefully, he travels a lot and is never home. Those are the best neighbors.

notso - Actually the dude and his family that lived there before were BEYOND weird (like nobody lived there, it seemed). This guy is nice and lively to boot. I'd prefer a lived-in house to an empty one...so far so good!
