That's purty!! My favorite color. :-) But those things are seriously HEAVY.
Did you just get some new cookware? I'm jealous.
I have a blue one, gift from my folks. It has never let me down. Yes, a work-out to lift but it cooks so evenly and it's hard to burn stuff in it. OK, so what's cookin'?
I have that exact pot in the same color! It is the awesome! Also have one in the next size down for when I don't need leftovers. Looking forward to your food posts!
(And how coincidental - I was just working on bringing my old blog back to life with food-focused posts! Guess summer goodness does that to you! )
Oooooo, love those pots!
Jealous! I've been dying for one of those. I need to put it on my christmas list or something.
What's cooking?
I have the ugly orange color (hand-me-down from my mother-in-law). It cooks like a dream even on our crappy electric coil stove, but I've told my husband I refuse to wash it...ever!
Whenever I see one of those, I think of the No-knead Bread recipe from NY Times.
Just made Pasta e fagioli in my red Le Cruset last night! Definitely better in a cast iron pot.
Katie,
Even organic gardeners can use a $100 gift card from Home Depot.

I have 4 of these in flame; love 'em. They are indestructible.
A must-have for cassolet.
Whatever direction you decide to take... I can't wait to follow along on your adventures! :)
